TAGB Tae Kwon Do

The Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB), the largest organisation in the United Kingdom for Tae Kwon Do with over 24,000 members in the UK and over 300 clubs, has opened a new Tae Kwon Do club at St Johns Upper School, Orchard road, in the school gym on Thursday evenings. Discounts on membership are available to the first people to join. The first lesson is FREE.

The club has two sessions, one for children aged 7-12 from 18:30-19:30 and a second session for over 12s and adults from 19:30-20:30.

The club is run by Steve Dingle, a 2nd degree black belt who has been training in Tae Kwon Do for over 7 years and is an experienced instructor. The classes are designed to assist the student to fulfill their ambitions whether they are confidence, fitness or attaining the coveted Black Belt. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art with has roots in the ancient Orient. It incorporates many facets including self-defence, fitness, flexibility discipline and confidence building – and its fun!
